"If you want to apply for a copy of the English degree certificate, you need to have the original certificate." If I want to mail the application, how can I handle it?

A

Please send the original certificate + document application form + postal money order (Title: 文藻學校財團法人文藻外語大學) + return envelope (B4 or above) with stamps to the registration section, we will  send the document back after processing check.

How to apply for a replacement for a lost student ID card?

A

If you want to apply for a replacement, please go to the registration section webpage of the Academic Affairs Office - report the student ID card, and then apply for the automatic payment system to apply for reissue. Hold the application to the registration section (If you need to change photos, please have 1 photo, write down student number and the name on the back)

How do alumni apply for transcripts or other types of certificates?

A

If you want to apply for various types of supporting documents, please bring your ID card to the registration section to fill in the "Application for various documentations". If you entrust others to do so, you must attach a Letter of Authorization with your signature.

If you apply by post, please have the following information available and mail it to the registration section.

(2) Document fee postal money order (Title:

How do I apply for a transcript or other supporting documents?

A

Please bring your student ID card or other ID card to the registration section to fill in the "Application for various documentations".  If you entrust another person to do so, you must attach a Letter of Authorization with your signature.

 

Use the automated payment system machine to apply for the documents, some documents must be submitted to the registration section.

How do students enrolled in the ISIC International Student ID after the 2012 academic year?

A

Apply for the ISIC International Student ID card through the following channels:
(1) Apply online on the Kangwen Culture and Education Foundation website.
(2) Application for the "Kangwen Culture and Education Foundation" Kaohsiung Office - "Golden Friends Travel Agency" (Address: 3/F, No. 282, Zhonghua 4th Road, Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City, Tel: 07-2158999).
(3) All the study tour centers in Taiwan can apply on their behalf.

If the alumni graduation certificate is lost, how to apply for a replacement graduation certificate?

A

To apply for a replacement, please prepare the following documents and fill in the "Application for Chinese degree certificate (graduation diploma)" to the registration section.
(1) The photocopy of the identity card
(2) Processing fee NT$200
(3) Original copy of household registration (if name is changed)

If you apply by post, please fill in the following documents and send them to the registration section by registered mail.

(1) Application for Chinese degree certificate (graduation diploma)
(2) Positive and negative photocopy of identity card
(3) Original copy of household registration (if name is changed)

(4) Processing fee NT$200 postal money order (Title:
文藻學校財團法人文藻外語大學)
(5) Double registration return envelope
(B4 or more) with NT$46 stamps

If the student ID card is lost during the summer vacation, can I apply for a replacement immediately?

A

During the summer vacation, you can return to school to apply for a student ID card. Please keep your identity document on Monday to Friday, 08:30-12:00, 13:10-16:30 to the registration section of the Academic Affairs Office (please prepare 1 photo and write down the student number and name on the back).

During the period of transmission, you can apply for the "Certificate of Study" to prove the student status.
